When I started yoga, I was burnout by a full time job I didn’t like. I was craving for building my own project.
The positive effects of the physical practice were undeniable. I didn’t have any back pain anymore and I would react less aggressively to any unpleasant life situations I was facing. I gained confidence and was able to start my own business in freelancing thanks to the confidence yoga gave me. However, at some point, I felt stuck in my practice and my business until I realized that the physical practice was only one little part of my yoga journey. I started to thrive in my business when I finally practiced yoga off the mat.

According to this definition, a life-artist is someone who manages to make the most of it, whatever the external conditions are.
Yoga has helped me live an abundant life and it might be surprising but it had nothing to do with being more flexible or reaching the most difficult yoga pose.
